I LOVE to WIN
Winning has been seen as a negative thing for far too long. Winning and being competitive isn't.
It's a sense of improvement. How am I going to be better? How am I going to beat the Yany of last year?
And not be apologetic for wanting to do more or be more. You see, winning isn't about demolishing or destroying your competition. It's not about destruction. Its not about making people feel bad, or rubbing it in.
It's about empowerment. It's about re-inventing. That constant improvement that gives you life. Opens up more doors. Sets you apart. And also sets you free.
I am so happy that I get to meet myself at the best version of myself. And I want the same for you.
I’m a chameleon of sorts. I've been fortunate enough to garner experience in a number of industries: higher education, non-profit, technology, music and politics.
Being in transition for me is normal, I thrive in transition.
Throughout my career, I've been laser focused on people knowing who I was, what I stood for, and above the value I brought to the table. It wasn’t always like this, it took mistakes, learning new habits, and getting into the mindset for me to figure this out.
For over ten years, I’ve coached entrepreneurs from all different walks of life in self-confidence and courage. Women who are managers and those who are beginning their career journey. I’ve learned that courage can be taught, and it goes in tandem with knowing what you’re worth.
Women often find themselves various times a month feeling doubt, not thinking they deserve what’s meant to be theirs, and seeking validation for decisions they've made.
I believe when more women rise to fill the gap in all areas of our environment: business, political, and social-- we can create a greater world.
I am a motivator, and I’m passionate about changing the status quo while creating game changers. I work with women in professional transition who are looking to become the best version of themselves and they’ve loved how I empower their professional growth and provide the courage to know their worth.
I’m Yany, nice to meet you.
